WARRANTY POLICY

By purchasing from KM TECHNOLOGIES, you agree to abide by the following policies.

We offer manufacturer warranties on all our electronics products and accessories. The warranty coverage varies based on product type

1.1 Warranty Terms

Warranty covers technical defects and factory-related issues.

The warranty period starts from the date of purchase (as per invoice/receipt).

Warranty service does not cover damages caused by improper use, physical damage, or unauthorized repairs.

1.2 Day Product Exchange Policy

KM TECHNOLOGIES offer a 7-day exchange policy for customers who experience technical defects from the factory.

Conditions for Product Exchange (Valid Within 7 Days)

* The product must have a verified technical defect (factory issue).

* The exchange request must be made within 7 days from the purchase date.

* The product must be in its original condition with:

         i) Original packaging

        ii) All included accessories (cables, manuals, warranty card, etc.)

            Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice)        iii) Our technical team must verify and approve the defect after inspection

1.2 Non-Exchangeable Products

The exchange policy does NOT cover products with:

  1. Physical damage caused by customer misuse
  2. Water damage (exposure to liquids)
  3. Burned or broken components due to electrical mishandling.
  4. Damage during delivery that was not reported within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  5. Unauthorized repairs or modifications.

If any of the above conditions apply, the product will not be exchanged, but it may be eligible for warranty repair services.

1.3 Return & Refund Policy

KM TECHNOLOGIES does not offer cash refunds for products. However, if the product is defective within 7 days and a replacement is unavailable, we will provide:

  • Store credit of equal value for future purchases.
  • Exchange for a similar product (if agreed by the customer).

Refunds will only be provided in exceptional cases, such as:

  • The product is out of stock, and no replacement is available.
  • A refund is legally required under consumer protection laws.

Warranty services are provided only for products purchased from KM TECHNOLOGIES

Customers must retain the proof of purchase for warranty claims.

Warranty does not cover software issues, virus infections, or accessories like batteries, chargers, earphones, and cables.

If a product is found to be damaged due to customer misuse, repair costs will be charged.
