She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington and currently serves as a Director of Nursing for Highland Hospice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Throughout her career, Alexandra has developed a strong passion for compassionate, patient-centered care and supporting patients and families through some of life\u2019s most challenging moments. As a nursing leader, she is dedicated to supporting her clinical team, maintaining high standards of care, mentoring nurses, and fostering a culture of teamwork, education, and accountability. Outside of nursing, Alexandra enjoys cooking and baking, spending time with family, exploring nature, and creating a warm and welcoming home.
