Alexandra Garcia

RN Director of Nursing

Alexandra Garcia is an experienced registered nurse with years of diverse nursing experience in family medicine, podiatry, OB/GYN, and hospice care. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington and currently serves as a Director of Nursing for Highland Hospice.

Throughout her career, Alexandra has developed a strong passion for compassionate, patient-centered care and supporting patients and families through some of life’s most challenging moments. As a nursing leader, she is dedicated to supporting her clinical team, maintaining high standards of care, mentoring nurses, and fostering a culture of teamwork, education, and accountability. Outside of nursing, Alexandra enjoys cooking and baking, spending time with family, exploring nature, and creating a warm and welcoming home. She values continuous growth, meaningful connections, and finding balance between her dedication to healthcare and the simple joys of everyday life.
